Clean the joints with vinegar. You can do this with a toothbrush, but also simply from a bottle. Let the vinegar soak in for a while and then clean it.

Joints can also be cleaned well with methylated spirits or chlorine. Apply this to the joints and wipe it off with a cloth. Pay close attention to your clothes when using these products, especially with chlorine!

Clean the joints with a mix of baking soda, bleach, and water. Spray this mix on the grout, leave it on for a few hours, and then wipe it off again with a cloth.

Fill a pantyhose with cat litter and put it at the bottom of the waste bin. As a result, the scent does not spread as quickly.

Soda absorbs bad odors. So sprinkle some soda on the bottom of the waste bin or directly in the garbage bag.
